My name is Kim Perez and I am an Interior Design graduate from Seminole State College, a CIDA accredited Interior Design program. I am currently working towards my NCIDQ certification. My passion for Interior Design developed in my early adolescent years as I watched my step father bring design projects into real life. Watching the renovations grow and develop, I became fascinated with the idea of bringing my own projects into fruition. I have worked alongside designers on projects and assisted them with FF&E selections, construction plans and construction modifications. From there, my passion for Interior Design only deepened. My goal with starting Belle Vie Designs is to put my passion into designing and help my clients infuse their style into their every day lifestyle.

My name is Vladimir Breton and I have been a licensed general contractor and plumber for over 10 years. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo. My goal has always been to be in the construction industry and help clients build their dream homes. With my passion and knowledge in construction I am eager to work with clients and guide them in bringing their visions to life.
