Kim Perez has a Bachelor of Interior Design and is working towards her NCIDQ certification in the State of Florida. She has worked on residential and small commercial projects from start to finish for over two years. She is ready to work alongside those who are ready to change up their homes.
Vladimir Breton has been a licensed General contractor and Master Plumber for over 10 years and has overseen full turnkey projects from start to finish all over the United States. He has always dreamt of building dream homes for people in his community.
Kim and Vladimir decided to start Belle Vie Designs to put both of their expertise’s together and give the community a renovation company they can trust. They both have a strong desire to help people out in any way they can. Having the design and construction knowledge all in house is the best way to get a job done efficiently.
